The GMX Controlling Team plays a key role in driving commercial excellence, enabling robust financial management, contract compliance, and value delivery across complex, multi-country deals.
The Prospect
As a Controller, you will align to a high-profile engagement, taking ownership of contract management across commercial, financial, and engagement dimensions.
You will partner closely with engagement leadership and key stakeholders to drive financial performance and ensure adherence to contractual requirements.
You will bring strong commercial acumen and proven experience in financial and engagement management. In addition, you will play a key role in leading, coaching, and developing junior team members, contributing to the overall effectiveness and capability of the Controlling Function.
Your Key Responsibilities
Commercial & Contract Management
Demonstrate a strong understanding of the contract’s commercial construct and underlying business case
Act as the primary point of contact for all commercial matters for the client, Engagement Partner, Tax Account Lead and Tax leadership
Drive the activation and governance of commercial contractual clauses, ensuring early identification and mitigation of non-compliance risks
Support contract renewals and related commercial discussions
