Summary:
The Workday Prism Developer plays a critical role in enabling data-driven decision-making within the HR function by designing, developing, and maintaining robust analytics and reporting solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and Core HCM modules. With 7–12 years of experience, this individual ensures accurate transformation and presentation of HR data across the organization. The role requires deep expertise in Workday Prism, robust collaboration with ETL developers and business stakeholders, and a commitment to data integrity, security, and continuous improvement. The developer serves as a subject matter expert (SME) for Prism-related implementations, supporting both technical delivery and end-user adoption across PAN INDIA.

Responsibilities:
Gather and analyze user reporting requirements to design and implement effective solutions using Workday Prism Analytics and reporting tools.
Develop, configure, and optimize reports, dashboards, and data visualizations aligned with business objectives.
Create, manage, and maintain Prism objects,



ensuring scalability and performance.
Partner with ETL developers and application analysts to identify, extract, and integrate source data systems.
Recommend data-driven reporting and analytics strategies based on data availability and evolving business needs.
Diagnose and resolve data, reporting, and Prism-related issues, communicating solutions clearly to stakeholders.
Build prototypes and sample outputs for stakeholder validation and feedback.
Provide expert-level support for Prism development, production issues, and analytics challenges.
Collaborate with central security teams to configure and manage access controls for Prism and reporting objects.
Maintain comprehensive technical documentation, user guides, and knowledge base resources.
Deliver post-implementation support and contribute to ongoing process enhancements.
Ensure consistent data accuracy, integrity, and reliability across all reporting
