Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced SAP PP Consultant to provide production support for critical manufacturing and planning operations, with a robust focus on handling P1 and P2 priority incidents. The role requires deep functional expertise in SAP Production Planning (PP), strong troubleshooting capability,



and the ability to resolve business-critical issues within SLA timelines.
The consultant will work closely with business users, cross-functional teams, and technical teams to ensure stability and continuity of production planning, execution, and related integrated business processes.

Key Responsibilities
Production Support

Handle P1 and P2 priority tickets related to SAP PP and ensure timely resolution within defined SLA/KPI targets.
Analyze production issues, assess business impact, and drive immediate corrective actions.
Perform root cause analysis (RCA) for recurring issues and recommend preventive solutions.
Coordinate with ABAP, BASIS, MM, QM, SD, PM, and integration teams for end-to-end issue resolution.
Provide regular updates to stakeholders during critical incident handling and support escalations as needed.
