Customer – Master Data Management (MDM) Lead

Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Own Customer Master lifecycle including onboarding, hierarchy management, enrichment, and deactivation
Lead Customer MDM operations, SLA/KPI management, and backlog prioritization
Improve SAP ↔ Salesforce customer data flows and re‑implement push‑to‑SAP processes
Enable bulk account creation and standard onboarding workflows
Establish data governance policies, stewardship model, and approval workflows




Drive data quality dashboards and remediation initiatives
Partner with Sales, Finance, Compliance, and Operations
Coordinate MSP delivery and internal resources for execution
Basic Qualifications
Required Qualifications & Experience
6–10 years experience in Customer MDM / CRM data governance
Robust exposure to SAP Business Partner, Salesforce Account model, EBX or similar
Experience managing hierarchies, data quality, and global customer onboarding
Strong business partnering and leadership capability
Preferred Characteristics
Deep functional and technical understanding of MDM for large & complex organization
Effective stakeholder and vendor management
Continuous improvement mindset and strong sense of ownership.
Along with managing day-to-day operational needs, be able to improve short-to-long term
Strong communicator who can simplify complex technical topics for business audiences and lead discussions across functions.
