As a UX/UI Designer, you will play a key role in creating digital experiences that directly influence customer engagement, conversion, and business growth. This position combines user-centered design, experimentation, and scalable design systems to build seamless experiences across high-impact customer touchpoints. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to transform insights and data into intuitive, production-ready interfaces that deliver measurable results. Accountabilities
Design and optimize conversion-focused digital experiences across key customer touchpoints, including product pages, checkout flows,



landing pages, calls-to-action, and post-purchase journeys.
Create A/B test concepts based on clear hypotheses, success metrics, and customer insights, then analyze results and iterate on winning solutions.
Partner with conversion optimization teams to identify customer friction points using analytics, heatmaps, session recordings, and behavioral insights.
Build, maintain, and scale a comprehensive design system, including component libraries, design tokens, patterns, and documentation within Figma.
Ensure design consistency through governance, version control, and quality reviews across all digital experiences.
Translate stakeholder requirements into polished, production-ready designs while maintaining high standards for usability, accessibility, and visual quality.
Provide detailed design specifications, interaction notes, and implementation guidance to support efficient collabor
