Accountabilities:
As an Account Manager (Renewals), you will be responsible for managing customer renewals, strengthening relationships, identifying growth opportunities, and ensuring accurate forecasting across a diverse account portfolio.
Manage a high-volume portfolio of customer accounts, prioritizing activities based on account value, renewal risk, and business impact.
Own the end-to-end renewal process, tracking upcoming renewals, maintaining accurate forecasts, and ensuring timely contract completion.
Lead commercial conversations around pricing, discounts, contract terms, and multi-year commitments while protecting business value.
Identify expansion opportunities by understanding customer needs and recommending additional solutions, frameworks, or plan upgrades.
