Job Description:

Summary

As Sr HR operations Executive in our Hyderabad office, responsible for managing
the HR Operations function and delivery of Key HR operations deliverables,
overseeing, managing the successful execution of HR processes, HR metrics,
compliance, onboarding/offboarding and technologies to drive an efficient and
optimal associate experience.

Key Responsibilities

* Facilitate the key HR functions including pre-boarding, onboarding, time &
attendance, and offboarding of associates.





* Documentation of new joiners as per internal and statutory requirements

* Onboarding and Orientation: Assist in the onboarding process of new hires,
ensuring a smooth and welcoming experience and Conduct orientation sessions

* Prepare & issue Appointments, Confirmation, Promotions & other letters to
employees as applicable.

* Leave & Attendance Management

* Employee database management and Maintenance of the HR records and systems

* Payroll Management/ Resolving payroll enquiries in a professional manner.

* Process the full & final settlement of exited employees by providing inputs
to the payroll team.

* Bonus/Compensation Management/Reimbursement/Employee Referral Payments.

* Medical insurance/ Health insurance management.

* Ensure all exit formalities are completed by all concerned parties as per the
laid down process.

* Strong knowledge in data management

* Prepare, update & periodically publish HR MIS R
