Accountabilities:




The role is responsible for managing and improving Workday Absence Management solutions, ensuring reliable system performance, effective configuration, and alignment with business needs. You will support continuous improvement initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders, and contribute to successful HR technology transformations through the following responsibilities:
Configure and maintain Workday Absence Management modules, including absence plans, accruals, eligibility rules, and related processes.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into effective Workday solutions using structured problem-solving and design methodologies.
Perform system testing, quality assurance, and validation activities to ensure accurate configurations and reliable integrations.
Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to gather requirements, resolve issues, and implement system enhancements.
