Main Purpose of Job

Kyriba Payment Approval: Approve Kyriba payments by verifying cash forecasts accurately and on time
Payment Queries/Investigation: Resolve Citi,



HSBC, Ebury, and Moneycorp payment queries promptly.
Bank Administration: Manage user profiles, password resets, and login issues for bank portals.
Kyriba Bank Statement Integration: Reconcile daily statements, resolve rejections, and clear variances promptly.
Reporting: Develop Power BI dashboards for Citi daily cash, weekly global reports, core data reconciliation, and access reviews.

Specific responsibilities:

Verify cash forecasts and balances in Kyriba, and release transactions accurately and on time.
Ensure compliance checks, sanctions screening, and duplicate verification prior to transaction release.
Apply appropriate payment methods to optimize processing and minimize bank charges.
Address and resolve payment-related queries from banks and the Finance team promptly.
Maintain bank account documentation, online banking platforms, authorized signatory records, and legal files in lin
