About the job:
• As a Data Engineer at Opella, you will play a critical role in defining, designing, and governing the
enterprise data architecture that underpins analytics, reporting,



and AI/ML initiatives across the
company. Exposure to Secondary Market Research is mandatory for this role.
• Partner with data engineers, ML engineers, data scientists, product teams, and business
stakeholders to ensure architectural integrity and smooth implementation of enterprise data
solutions adopting scalable, secure, and effective data technologies.
Main responsibilities:
• Design and architect enterprise-scale data Lakehouse solutions using Databricks, DBT, Unity
Catalog, Iceberg, and cloud-native services
• Define data architecture blueprints, standards, and reference models for ingestion, storage,
modeling, integration, governance, and consumption. Work closely with cross-functional teams.
• Lead the design of logical, conceptual, and physical data models supporting analytics,
operational reporting, master data, and ML/AI use cases.
