As Legal Counsel – Global Operations, you will play a key role in supporting the legal infrastructure that enables Lattice Semiconductor to operate effectively across a growing global footprint. As Lattice grows, it's workforce, geographic reach, and operational complexity have expanded significantly, particularly throughout Asia-Pacific.
In this role, based in India, you will support a broad range of legal matters spanning subsidiary governance, compliance, global operations, and employment and HR support. You will support operations broadly – general corporate, human resources, finance, tax, compliance, and business leaders worldwide to help ensure Lattice can operate efficiently while appropriately managing legal and compliance
