Vehicles document compliance are to be 100% correct and valid at all times on tool and hard copies for all active vehicles only.

Requirement to Fulfil
Individual TFM FM / TM will conduct surprise audit on 25 % of vehicle documentation maintenance on transport tool and hard copies every month at respective site.
The audit report will be shared with respective JLL Account Manager and JLL Transport Lead
Points will also be calculated for performance during scheduled inter
