JOB PURPOSE
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated AC Substation & Grid Engineer for GMR Renewables Engineering team with 7-10 Years or >2 GW of relevant experience to Leads HV/EHV substation engineering, grid interconnection, evacuation systems and ensuring full compliance with CEA, STU/CTU, DISCOM and grid‑code requirements in utility‑scale solar & wind plants, ensuring safety, efficiency, and compliance with applicable standardsORGANISATION CHART

Detail engineering or Switchyard and HV/EHV systems upto 400kV level

Commissioning & synchronization support

B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical Engineering RELEVANT EXPERIENCE

7-10 years in EHV substations and grid systems preferably with an IPP, OEM, renewable energy developer, or technical consultant.
Proven experience with upto 400 kV substations, protection, grid codes
Proven experience in power evacuation feasibility, and grid integration studies.
Solid understanding of FDRE, RTC, and BESS integration in renewable energy systems.
