Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter on a contract basis for 3 to 6 months to support our talent acquisition requirements. The incumbent will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities, sourcing quality candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closure of open positions.

Role Description and Key Responsibilities

The role involves tasks including but not limited to -

Recruitment & Talent Acquisition

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions across various departments.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and professional networks.
- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on job requirements.
- Conduct initial telephonic/video interviews and assess candidate suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.




- Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, feedback, and offer discussions.
- Ensure timely closure of positions within defined timelines.

Candidate Management

- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
- Coordinate pre-joining activities and candidate documentation

Recruitment Reporting

- Prepare and update recruitment MIS reports.
- Track hiring metrics such as source effectiveness, time-to-fill, and position status.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records and documentation.

Desired Qualifications and Experience

- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
- 1 to 3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
- Experience in handling volume hiring and multiple positions simultaneously will be an advantage.

Desired Skills and Attributes

- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes and hiring practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and meet hiring targets within deadlines.
