Job Description:

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail oriented Software QA Engineer to ensure the quality, performance, and reliability of mobile, web, API, AR, VR, XR, and interactive applications. The ideal candidate should have experience in manual testing, defect reporting, client issue analysis, and collaboration with development teams to deliver high quality software products.

Key Responsibilities

Review business and functional requirements to prepare test cases, test scenarios, and testing checklists.

Perform functional testing, regression testing, usability testing, compatibility testing, exploratory testing, and system testing.

Test applications across Android, iOS, web browsers, desktop platforms, and XR devices.

Review client testing reports and understand reported issues and application behavior.

Communicate client reported issues, feedback, and expected behavior clearly to the development team.

Coordinate with developers to reproduce, verify, track, and resolve software defects.

Report bugs with detailed reproduction steps, screenshots, videos, logs, and device information.

Test REST APIs, backend integrations,



authentication flows, and application workflows using appropriate tools.

Support release validation, smoke testing, and quality assurance activities before production deployment.

Maintain accurate testing documentation and defect tracking records.

Required Skills

Strong understanding of software testing life cycle and quality assurance methodologies.

Experience in testing web applications and mobile applications.

Knowledge of test case design, defect reporting, bug tracking, and regression testing.

Ability to analyze client reported issues and communicate them effectively to technical teams.

Experience using Jira, Postman, Browser Developer Tools, or similar testing tools.

Solid analytical, communication, documentation, and problem solving skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in an Agile development environment.

Preferred Skills

Experience testing Virtual Reality VR, Augmented Reality AR, Extended Reality XR, gaming, simulation, or 3D applications.

Experience testing applications on Meta Quest, HTC Vive, Pico, or Apple Vision Pro devices.

Knowledge of Unity, Unreal Engine, ARKit, ARCore, OpenXR, or WebXR.

Knowledge of automation testing tools including Unity Test Framework, NUnit, Selenium, Appium, Cypress, or Playwright.

Understanding of API testing, backend validation, and cross platform compatibility testing.
