A growing healthcare provider in India s private pediatric care sector, we deliver specialized, family-centered child health services across outpatient, inpatient, and immunization programs. Our clinics and hospitals prioritize evidence-based treatment, early intervention, and holistic child development serving urban and semi-urban communities with high clinical standards and compassionate care. We re expanding our pediatric specialist team to meet rising demand and improve continuity of care.
Role & Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage acute and chronic pediatric conditions including respiratory, gastrointestinal, neurological, and developmental disorders with emphasis on safety and best-practice guidelines.
- Lead clinical rounds, coordinate with allied health teams (nurses, therapists, nutritionists), and provide ongoing care coordination for high-risk infants and complex cases.
- Conduct well-child visits, growth monitoring, developmental screening, and immunization counseling aligned with WHO and IAP protocols.
- Document patient encounters accurately using EMR systems, ensuring compliance with clinical governance and medico-legal standards.
- Participate in departmental quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits,
and continuing medical education programs.
- Provide after-hours on-call support as per rota and respond to urgent referrals from primary care providers.
Skills & Qualifications
Must-Have
- DM Pediatrics or DNB Pediatrics
- IAP membership
- ACLS certification
- PALS certification
- Neonatal Resuscitation Program (NRP) certification
- Pediatric Echocardiography (basic)
- Child developmental assessment tools (e.g., Denver, Bayley)
- EMR documentation experience
Preferred
- Experience in neonatal ICU or pediatric critical care
- Training in pediatric nutrition or allergy/immunology
- Public health or community pediatrics exposure
