We are looking for experienced candidates with a minimum of 6 months of experience in an International US or UK Chat/Voice Process. The ideal candidate should have excellent spoken and written English, strong communication skills, and the ability to handle international customers professionally.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer queries via Chat and Voice.
- Provide accurate and timely resolutions to customer concerns.
- Maintain high customer satisfaction and quality standards.
- Communicate confidently with US/UK customers.

Requirements
- Minimum 6 months of International US/UK Chat or Voice Process experience.

- Comfortable working in rotational/night shifts
