Role & responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and monitor refrigeration and cold storage projects from start to completion.
- Coordinate with design, purchase, production, site, and commissioning teams.
- Review BOQs, P&ID; drawings, layouts, and engineering documents.
- Supervise installation, testing, commissioning, and project handover activities.
- Monitor project schedules, budgets, material availability, and resource utilization.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and site teams.
- Conduct project review meetings and prepare progress reports.
- Resolve technical and site-related issues to ensure timely project completion.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and project standards.
- Maintain project documentation, approvals, inspection records, and project closure reports.




- Support procurement planning and material follow-up for smooth project execution.
- Travel to project sites for execution, monitoring, and commissioning activities.

Preferred candidate profile

- Diploma / B.E. in Mechanical Engineering.
- 2+ years of experience in project coordination or project execution.
- Experience in refrigeration, cold storage, HVAC, industrial projects, or turnkey project execution preferred.
- Solid knowledge of P&ID;, BOQ, engineering drawings, and project planning.
- Proficiency in MS Project/Primavera, MS Excel, and ERP systems.
- Excellent coordination, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to travel for project site visits.
