• Lead and oversee the Finance & Accounts function across all business divisions.

• Ensure accurate accounting, timely financial closing, and preparation of financial statements.

• Monitor project-wise budgeting, costing, profitability, billing, and contract accounting.

• Oversee financial accounting for mining operations, including royalty and statutory mining levies.

• Monitor fleet and transportation costs, utilization, and profitability.

• Supervise Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations.

• Lead budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost control initiatives.

• Manage cash flow, working capital, and banking relationships.

• Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, PF, ESI, and other statutory regulations.

• Coordinate internal,



statutory, tax, and cost audits.

• Strengthen internal financial controls and ensure compliance with company policies.

• Monitor inventory, fixed assets, fuel, and equipment accounting.

• Prepare and review MIS reports on project profitability, fleet performance, cash flow, and budget variances.

• Provide financial analysis and strategic recommendations to management.
