Experience: 3 To 5 Years of Work Experience

CTC: up to 3.50 Lakhs Per Annum

Industry Preference: Manufacturing (Electronics/Mobile Accessories)

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Posting and accounting of journal vouchers, expense vouchers, and general accounting

transactions.

- Processing monthly payroll accounting, Full & Final (F&F;) settlements voucher posting, and

payroll reconciliations.

- Accounting and reconciliation of corporate credit card expenses.
- Preparation and accounting of sales invoices, sales returns, debit notes, and credit notes.
- Working knowledge of TDS, GST, E-Invoicing, E-Way Bills, and MSME compliance requirements.
- Performing GST reconciliations, including GSTR-2B matching, coordination with internal teams

and vendors to resolve mismatches,



Input Tax Credit (ITC) verification, and reconciliation of GST

liability with books of accounts.

- Preparation and reconciliation of bank, branch, customer, vendor, and inter-company accounts.
- Preparation and analysis of ageing reports for debtors, creditors, bills receivable, and bills

payable to ensure effective receivables and payables management.

Desired Candidate Profile

- Minimum qualification : B.Com.
- Experience with Busy Accounting Software will be preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including SUMIF, SUMIFS, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP and Pivot Tables.
