Job Duties
- Understand job requirements shared by clients for various open positions
- Source candidate profiles through job portals and other recruitment platforms
- Screen candidate resumes based on job requirements
- Connect with candidates through calls to assess basic qualifications and interest
- Schedule interviews and coordinate between candidates and internal teams
- Maintain candidate records and update recruitment trackers regularly
- Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process
- Learn and work on US recruitment processes, hiring standards, and client expectations
Eligibility Criteria
- Recent graduates / freshers are preferred
- Any graduate can apply
- Good verbal and written communication skills in English
- Basic knowledge of MS Office and internet browsing
- Willingness to work complete night shifts
- Comfortable working from office in Kondapur, Hyderabad
- Quick learner with good interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and interest in building a career in recruitment
