Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly motivated professional to join the API Research & Development team. The candidate will be involved in the development, optimization, scale-up, and technology transfer of Active Pharmaceutical Ingredient (API) manufacturing processes. Freshers and candidates with up to 5 years of experience in API R&D; are encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct laboratory experiments related to API process development and optimization.
- Perform literature searches, patent reviews, and route scouting for API synthesis.
- Develop robust, cost-effective, and scalable manufacturing processes.
- Execute reactions, isolation, purification, and characterization activities.
- Maintain accurate laboratory records, notebooks, and technical documentation.
- Prepare technical reports, development reports,



and support regulatory documentation.
- Participate in process scale-up, pilot plant trials, and technology transfer activities.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and GMP guidelines.
- Work collaboratively with Analytical R&D;, Production, Quality Assurance, and Regulatory teams.
- Troubleshoot process-related issues and recommend improvements.

Required Qualifications

- M.Sc. (Organic Chemistry)
- 0-5 years of experience in API R&D;, Process R&D;, or a similar pharmaceutical setting.
- Freshers with strong academic knowledge of organic synthesis may also be considered.

Preferred Skills:

- Experience in API process development or technology transfer.
- Understanding of ICH guidelines, GMP, and regulatory requirements.
- Exposure to patent search and literature review.
