- Respond promptly to customer inquiries received through social media platforms.
- Understand client requirements by identifying their investment goals, budget, preferred location, and property preferences.
- Collect and record lead information accurately and coordinate with the sales team for follow-up.
- Build trust and maintain professional communication with prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative campaigns and engaging content ideas.
