Accountabilities:
The Director of Field & Partner Marketing will own the global vision and execution of field marketing and partner programs, ensuring initiatives are aligned with business objectives and contribute directly to pipeline and revenue growth.
Develop and execute field marketing strategies focused on pipeline generation, account engagement, and revenue acceleration across priority industries and customer segments.
Lead regional field programs, including ABM-driven events, executive gatherings, partner activations, and targeted customer experiences.
Collaborate with Sales, Demand Generation, and Revenue teams to align marketing programs with business goals and sales priorities.
Build and optimize account-based marketing motions to engage strategic accounts and support enterprise growth initiatives.
