- Finance Shared Services Analyst II to join our ever-evolving Treasury &
Settlement Operations and help us unleash the potential of every business.
What you’ll own
* Perform and oversee complex reconciliations of financial accounts, ensuring
accuracy and adherence to deadlines.
* Investigate and resolve high-level discrepancies, escalating critical issues
to management as necessary.
* Review and approve reconciliation reports prepared by junior and mid-level
analysts.
* Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance and support to
the reconciliation team.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address reconciliation challenges
and implement solutions.
* Lead process improvement initiatives to enhance reconciliation efficiency and
accuracy.
* Develop, document, and enforce best practices for reconciliation processes.
* Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and external
regulatory requirements.
* Prepare and present reconciliation summaries and recommendations to senior
management.
* Mentor and train junior and mid-level staff, fostering qualified
development within the team.
* Monitor aged items and work to resolve them promptly to ensure compliance
with organizational policies.
What you bring
* Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field. A
master’s degree (MBA Finance, M.Com, or equivalent) is preferred.
* Professional certifications such as CMA India, or other finance-related
certifications are considered an added advantage.
* 8+ years of experience in account reconciliation, financial analysis,
month-end close, balance sheet substantiation, or a similar finance
operations role.
* Proven track record of handling complex reconciliations, aged item
resolution, reviewing analyst deliverables, and leading process improvement
initiatives.
* Strong knowledge of accounting princ
