Data Engineering Lead at LPL, you will lead a team of data engineers in designing, developing, and maintaining robust and scalable data pipelines and platforms. You will play a critical role in transforming raw data into actionable insights, enabling data-driven decision-making across the organization
Responsibilities:
Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment. Design, develop, and implement scalable and reliable data ingestion, transformation, and storage solutions using various data technologies.
Architect and optimize System of Record application alongside data warehousing and data lake solutions, ensuring data quality, integrity, and security.
Collaborate with business stakeholders, data scientists, and other engineering teams to understand data requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
