This is a fully remote, flexible contract role. No prior AI experience needed — just deep domain expertise and a commitment to scientific accuracy.

What You'll Do

Develop, solve, and review advanced biology problems with real-world scientific relevance
Apply your expertise in genetics, biotechnology, bioinformatics, or related specialisms to design complex, nuanced problem sets
Evaluate AI-generated biological reasoning for accuracy, depth, and scientific rigor




Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers and fellow domain experts to strengthen model performance
Ensure clarity, precision, and scientific integrity across all deliverables

Who You Are

Holds a Master's or PhD in Biology or a closely related field — Genetics, Molecular Biology, Bioinformatics, Biotechnology, or equivalent
Robust working knowledge in at least one of: genetics, biotechnology, or bioinformatics
Comfortable coding in Python or R for research or analytical purposes
Exceptional written communication skills — you can explain complex science with clarity and precision
Detail-oriented and rigorous, with a high standard for scientific accuracy
Fluent in English

Nice to Have

Prior experience with data annotation, data quality review, or AI evaluation workflows
Familiarity with computational biology tools or bioinformatics pipelines
Background in academic research, scientific publishing,
