We're partnering with the world's leading AI research teams to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to make it happen. Your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy is exactly what's needed to train and validate the next generation of AI models.

This isn't a typical compliance role. You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, using your domain expertise to shape how AI systems reason about governance, risk, and security — work that has a lasting impact on how AI handles these critical topics.

What You'll Do

Review and analyze security policies, controls, and procedures to assess quality and accuracy
Evaluate real-world compliance scenarios involving frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST
Assess risk statements, control mappings, and audit-style documentation




Generate and validate training and evaluation data used to improve AI reasoning on GRC topics
Apply your practitioner instincts to identify gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases in AI-generated outputs

Who You Are

2+ years of experience in GRC, compliance, risk management, or a related field
Solid familiarity with one or more major frameworks — SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, PCI-DSS, or similar
Comfortable reading, interpreting, and evaluating policy documents and audit materials
Detail-oriented with robust written reasoning skills
Able to work independently and manage your own time effectively

Nice to Have

Experience with data annotation, data quality, or AI evaluation workflows
Background in information security, internal audit, or enterprise risk
Familiarity with control testing or third-party risk assessment
