Accountabilities:
Lead a portfolio of strategic logistics transformation programs, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.




Develop and manage program roadmaps, governance frameworks, project dependencies, and performance reporting.
Serve as a subject matter expert across transportation, warehousing, marine and shipping, logistics planning, and end-to-end supply chain operations.
Drive the standardization and continuous improvement of logistics processes, operating models, KPIs, and performance management frameworks.
Identify opportunities to improve logistics efficiency, service quality, resilience, safety, sustainability, and cost optimization.
Oversee portfolio planning, project prioritization, risk management, resource allocation, and executive reporting.
Collaborate with global supply chain, procurement, finance, digital, and business teams to align transformation initiatives with organizational objectives.
