Lead and mentor a team of Business Analysts and Content Specialists producing business-domain content for AI training
Allocate tasks, manage workflows, and ensure timely delivery of high-quality outputs
Conduct quality assurance reviews and continuously refine team processes for greater efficiency
Provide constructive performance feedback,
hands-on coaching, and ongoing team development
Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, delivering regular progress updates
Guide the creation of case studies, business scenarios, and structured analytical content across domains including finance, policy, e-commerce, and operations
Who You Are
Experienced team leader with a robust track record of managing and developing analysts or specialists
Deep practitioner in business analysis, consulting, or a related domain — you know your subject inside out
Sharp analytical thinker who can evaluate the quality, logic, and accuracy of business content
Clear, confident communicator who can translate complex ideas into structured, actionable feedback
Self-directed and organised — you manage priorities well and deliver without hand-holding
Creative and lateral thinker who can approach business problems from multiple angles
