Accountabilities:
As a Lead Engineer – Software, you will be responsible for designing, developing, integrating,



and validating embedded software solutions while ensuring compliance with aerospace safety and quality standards. You will collaborate with engineering teams to solve complex technical challenges and support the full software lifecycle.
Design and develop middleware, core software libraries, and platform-level software aligned with DO-178B/C standards.
Analyze, define, and develop complete and verifiable high-level and low-level software requirements.
Create software architecture, detailed designs, and embedded components using object-oriented and object-based development principles.
Implement, integrate, debug, and verify embedded software primarily using C++.
Develop and execute software test cases, verification procedures, and automated testing scripts.
Support software verification, validation, certification activities, and lifecycle documentation.
Participate in technical reviews, peer assessments, and software quality evaluations.
