The role




This role will be responsible for the successful enablement of a standalone Ice Cream company that is geared for future success as ‘the best HR Technology team in the industry’. The role will be part of a dedicated, multi-disciplinary team led by the Ice Cream HR Technology Lead.
What you'll be responsible for
Talent & Performance System Ownership:
Act as the functional and technical owner of Workday Talent & Performance modules, including Goal Management and Performance Review, Talent Reviews (9-box, succession inputs, feedback & Check-ins).
Configure and maintain Review templates and rating scales, Goal frameworks (cascading, alignment, visibility), Talent pools, grid definitions, and profile data.
Ensure alignment with global Talent and Performance strategy.
Configure and optimise advanced features:
Continuous performance (check-ins, feedback flows).
Calibration logic and constraints.
Talent review dashboards (e.g., 9-box grids, potential vs performance.
Partner with Talent/COE teams to translate frameworks (e.g., l
