Engineering
•Manage operation and maintenance of all critical building systems including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire safety, DG sets, lifts, water treatment plants, and BMS.
•Implement and monitor preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance programs to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
•Troubleshoot technical issues and ensure timely resolution to minimize service disruption.
•Supervise technical staff, engineers, and outsourced service providers.
•Prepare duty rosters, allocate tasks,



and ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs).
•Monitor vendor performance against SLAs and KPIs, and coordinate contract renewals or escalations when required.
•Monitor and optimize energy and water consumption through sustainable practices.
•Implement energy conservation measures (ECMs) and efficiency improvement projects.
•Track utility usage and report on energy-saving initiatives.
•Act as the primary technical contact for clients, tenants, and internal stakeholders.
•Provide regular updates on asset performance, maintenance schedules, and technical issues.
•Support client in audits, reviews, and strategic planning of technical operations.
•Prepare and manage budgets for technical services, including maintenance, utilities, and capital expenditures.
•Track costs, identify savings opportunities, and ensure adherence to approved budgets.
