Role Description The CAD Trainer role is a full-time, in office position based in Agra.



The CAD Trainer will design and deliver CAD-focused training sessions for students and professionals, covering topics such as CAD modeling, drafting, and integration with CAM and CNC workflows. Day-to-day responsibilities include preparing lesson plans and training materials, conducting classroom and lab sessions, providing hands-on guidance on industry-standard CAD software, and assessing learner progress through assignments and practical evaluations. The trainer will update and refine course content to align with current manufacturing and design practices, collaborate with the academy team to enhance training methodologies, and support learners with mentoring and technical doubt resolution. The role may also involve contributing to technical content, demonstrations, and workshops that reflect real industrial applications.
