About the role
This person will be responsible for end-to-end Customer Service for Up-to-date Trade & CSD Channel. The person will be part of Demand,



Supply and Logistics Function and will report to Specialty Channel Manager
Key responsibilities
Ensure best in class delivery: Case fills, Availability, On Time and Inventory
Engage with customers for periodic reviews for monitoring KPI’s, process improvements and resolution of complaints
Establish efficient and responsive Order to Invoice Cycle with MT & CSD/CPC Customers.
Collaborative Forecasting to drive better fill rates and higher availability
Timely communication of OOS SKU’s and Shift focus to transferrable demand SKU’s
Simplify and timely update of Master data to increase fill rate, drive efficiency and good customer experience
Analyse Cost to Serve MT/CSD/CPC customers and work on cost reduction projects
Reconcile customer reported Fill rate and recommend action points to drive improvements
Analyse Customer reported Availability data to identify drivers and recommend solutions for improvements
