Role Summary

We are seeking a Senior Software Development Engineer III (Backend / Platform) to architect, build, and operate the foundational services and cloud infrastructure powering our core SaaS engine. In this role, you will sit at the intersection of complex software development and system architecture. You will write high-throughput microservices, design scalable multi-tenant architectures, build event-driven pipelines, and manage production infrastructure on Kubernetes. This role is built for an engineer who excels at extreme ownershipfrom high-level system design to hands-on implementation and operational reliability.





Key Responsibilities

Backend & Platform Architecture :
Microservices Design : Build and maintain scalable backend microservices using Java and Spring Boot, adhering to robust high-level and low-level design principles.
Multi-Tenancy & Isolation : Design core platform capabilities including tenant isolation, data partitioning, RBAC, and capacity planning for enterprise scale.
Platform SDKs & Standards : Build shared platform services, internal libraries, and frameworks to establish unified standards for API design, messaging, and data access across teams.
Distributed Systems & Data Pipelines :
Event-Driven Architecture : Design, optimize, and operate event-driven streaming systems using Apache Kafka, managing topic design, consumer group scaling, and schema evolution.
Data Integration : Build and maintain high-throughput data pipelines using Change Data Capture (CDC) and replication strate
