About the Role
As a Staff – Backend Developer, you’ll drive the technical vision, architecture, and execution of our backend services powering critical cybersecurity solutions. You’ll lead a team of developers,



collaborate cross-functionally, and ensure our systems are scalable, performant, and secure. This is a high-impact role where you’ll combine hands-on development with technical leadership and mentoring.
What You’ll Do
Own the technical roadmap and architecture for backend systems and full-stack integrations.
Lead the design and development of scalable, high-performance microservices and RESTful APIs.
Collaborate closely with front-end teams to build seamless end-to-end experiences using React/TypeScript.
Champion engineering excellence by enforcing best practices in code quality, security, performance, and reliability.
Lead technical planning, backlog grooming, and code reviews to ensure alignment with product and business goals.
Drive system design discussions, make architectural decisions, and guide teams through technical trade-offs.
Partner with DevOps, Security, and Product teams to ensure
