The PMO Lead is responsible for end-to-end delivery management of S4/o9 deployment. The role requires extensive experience in managing and delivering complex, global, multi-phase SAP enterprise engagements using standard project management tools, skills and methodologies following Agile and Hybrid-Agile.
The role will cover deployment of o9 and S4 migration projects. This role combines advanced project management and stakeholder engagement skills, with appropriate knowledge of enterprise applications, functionality and solutions to ensure the successful delivery of high-impact, high-value projects.
How you will contribute
You will:
Project Leadership:
Lead the end-to-end project delivery for Business Units within the S4o9 transformation program, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.
Stakeholder Management:
Act as the primary liaison between Regional S4o9 (functional and MDS) Delivery teams,



Global S4o9 workstreams and partner teams, ensuring transparent communication driving decisions and requirements.
Team Management:
Proven ability in building effective teams across internal and external partners
Reporting:
Establish and maintain governance frameworks and reporting mechanisms to ensure transparency and accountability on project deliverables throughout the S4o9 transformation process.
Risk Management:
Identify and mitigate risks associated with the transformation project, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations.
Change Management:
Skill in managing and leading change initiatives within an organization.
Strategic Thinking:
Strategic mindset with the ability to align projects with organizational goals and adapt to evolving priorities
