Accountabilities:
The Vlocity Tech Lead/Architect will be responsible for leading technical solution design, guiding development teams, and ensuring successful delivery of Salesforce and Vlocity implementations. This role requires strong architectural thinking, customer-facing skills, and the ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
Work directly with customers and stakeholders to analyze requirements and recommend solutions leveraging Salesforce and Vlocity platforms.
Lead technical design sessions, create solution architectures, and develop detailed technical design specifications.
Architect and design scalable Salesforce and Vlocity solutions following platform best practices.
Provide technical guidance, mentorship, and architectural recommendations to development teams.
