JOB DESCRIPTION—Senior Consultant –Risk Consulting-EGRC- Enterprise Resilience

Job Summary
The Enterprise Resilience solution helps you transform your business to reshape it for the future while sustaining operations and maintaining trust. You help navigate disruption with agility to reduce risk, stay competitive in the market and help generate long-term value.
As Enterprise Resilience Manager, you’ll contribute technically to Enterprise Risk client engagements and internal projects related to technology, people, premises, processes, data and third parties to deliver services consistently. You’ll also identify potential business opportunities for EY within existing engagements and escalate these as appropriate. Similarly,



you’ll anticipate and identify risks within engagements and share any issues with the team.

Client responsibilities

Proven ability to work on Enterprise Resilience projects
Right attitude towards teaming, ownership, and knowledge sharing
Work back with the project team, Engagement Manager and the near shore team to maintain transparency in communication, highlight risks and share mitigation plan
Participate and lead client walkthroughs independently to perform current state assessment of people, processes and technologies, map critical assets and their dependency on supplier network.
Knowledge of risk and controls applicable when critical assets are on prem vs cloud.
Understanding of data localization laws and directives, DR strategies, Crisis and Communication Management, Isolated recoveries and Data Restores, Post recovery strategies and Procedures.
