Job Summary And Responsibilities

Position Purpose: The purpose of this position is to enable the growth and development of our most valuable asset, our employees, fostering a culture of continuous improvement that enables the organization to accelerate outcomes for our clients. As a Learning Systems Business Partner, the ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in designing,



implementing, and managing learning initiatives that align with our organizational goals. By partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to assess learning needs, the candidate will be able to deliver impactful solutions and measure their effectiveness. The Learning Systems Business Partner will strategically implement and oversee the ongoing administration and reporting of our Cornerstone Learning Management System (LMS) and Ed Cast LXP to ensure seamless delivery and tracking of compliance, employee, and leadership development programs delivered via eLearning and virtual cohorts. Further, this role will serve as a critical consultant as we prepare to expand our Cornerstone products to include the Talent Marketplace which will enable career pathing for employees.
