The GMX Controlling teams plays a key role in driving commercial excellence, enabling robust financial management, contract compliance, and value delivery across complex, multi-country deals.
The Prospect
As a Senior, you will align to a high-profile engagement, supporting the management of the contract across commercial, financial, and engagement dimensions.
You will work closely with the Commercial Controller to deliver financial outcomes and ensure compliance with contractual obligations.
You will bring strong commercial acumen, along with experience in finance and engagement management, contributing to the effective delivery of complex deals.
Your Key Responsibilities
Contract & Commercial Management
Develop a strong understanding of client deal financials and commercial constructs.
Support engagement leadership to ensure contracts are executed in line with agreed terms and intent.
Financial Management & Reporting
Own and enhance processes for scope and fee management, billing, budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow tracking.
Establish accurate and consistent revenue and margin reporting across workstreams and geographies.
Performance Monitoring & Profitability
Review and challenge financial performance to identify risks and opportunities.
