Accountabilities:




The Payroll Analyst will be responsible for ensuring accurate, compliant, and timely payroll processing while supporting operational efficiency and employee satisfaction. Key responsibilities include:
Process bi-weekly, semi-monthly, and monthly payroll activities accurately and within established deadlines.
Validate payroll inputs including new hires, terminations, salary updates, bonuses, commissions, deductions, and other employee changes.
Review timesheets, attendance records, and payroll-related data in collaboration with HR and operational teams.
Perform payroll reconciliations, variance analysis, and final validation before payroll approval.
Coordinate with HR, Finance teams, and external payroll providers to ensure successful payroll completion.
Generate payroll reports, funding reports, dashboards, and other operational documentation.
Maintain payroll records and ensure compliance with internal controls, policies, and audit requirem
