Job Description Summary
The Graduate Engineer Trainee (GET) will support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in executing the Mitosis Program, a strategic manufacturing transfer and localization initiative. The role provides hands-on exposure to manufacturing engineering by supporting product transfer, process documentation, validation, equipment and fixture qualification, shop-floor execution, and operator training activities. Working under the guidance of experienced Manufacturing Process Engineers (MPEs), the GET will contribute to ensuring successful manufacturing readiness while developing solid technical and operational capabilities in a regulated manufacturing environment.

Roles and Responsibilities




Support the Manufacturing Process Engineering team in executing product transfer and manufacturing localization activities as part of the Mitosis Program.
Create, update, and maintain manufacturing process documentation, validation protocols, work instructions, qualification records, and other engineering documentation.
Assist in planning and executing process validations, equipment qualifications, fixture qualifications, and manufacturing readiness activities.
Provide hands-on shop-floor support during product transfer, validation, and production ramp-up activities.
Participate in process improvement initiatives focused on manufacturing efficiency, quality, and operational excellence.
Learn manufacturing processes from experienced Manufacturing Process Engineers and apply established engineering practices during project execution.
Support training and qualification of newly hired manufacturing operators after completing
