Responsibilities
Prepare, maintain, and automate Management Information System (MIS)



reports to support business decision-making and operational efficiency.
Develop, enhance, and maintain dashboards and visualizations using Power BI, Tableau, and other reporting tools.
Perform data extraction, validation, reconciliation, and analysis to ensure data accuracy and integrity across reports.
Create periodic and ad-hoc reports, scorecards, performance metrics, and executive dashboards for stakeholders.
Work closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and translate them into meaningful analytical solutions.
Analyze reporting trends, identify insights, and provide recommendations to support business objectives.
Support report migration, dashboard enhancements, reporting automation, and process improvement initiatives.
Ensure compliance with reporting controls, governance standards, and data quality requirements.
