Associate Engineer – Network Operations Center / Integrated Command Center (NOC/ICC)

LPL Financial is seeking an Associate Engineer, Integrated Command Center (ICC) to join our Production Services organization. This role focuses on 24x7 eyes‑on‑glass monitoring,



initial incident response, alert handling, and operational support for critical business platforms across cloud and on‑prem environments.
As an Associate Engineer, you will work alongside senior ICC engineers, SREs, and application/infrastructure teams to detect issues early, execute documented runbooks, escalate effectively, and support timely incident restoration. This position is well‑suited for early‑career engineers who are eager to build solid foundations in production operations, observability, and enterprise incident management.
Key Responsibilities
Monitoring & Incident Response
Perform eyes‑on‑glass monitoring of production systems using Dynatrace and other enterprise monitoring tools.
Respond to alerts and system notifications following defined escalation policies and operational procedures.
Open, update, and manage incident tickets using ITSM tooling; ensure accurate documentation
