Accountabilities:
The Brand KOL Specialist will support the development and execution of KOL engagement strategies, ensuring strong communication, effective partnerships, and positive brand representation. The role requires excellent relationship-building skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate across teams.
Identify, research, and engage with KOLs and influencers aligned with brand values and strategic objectives.
Support the planning and execution of KOL events, meetings, networking activities, and partnership initiatives.
Act as a communication bridge between the organization and KOL partners, ensuring timely, professional, and effective collaboration.
Assist with managing sensitive communications and support crisis response efforts when required.
Monitor KOL activities, community sentiment, and partnership performance, preparing reports and updates for internal teams.
