GalaxEye Space is on a mission to revolutionize Earth Observation through cutting -edge multi -sensor satellite technology.
We are looking for Satellite Operators to join our Mission Operations Center and take part in real -time satellite control and mission execution.
As a Satellite Operator, you will be responsible for monitoring, commanding, and maintaining our satellites’ health and performance. This position demands technical precision, teamwork, and a commitment to operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate satellite systems using ground control interfaces.
- Monitor satellite health, telemetry, and performance during satellite passes.
- Coordinate with engineering, mission planning, and data processing teams.
- Detect anomalies, troubleshoot, and follow operational protocols to maintain mission continuity.
- Maintain detailed logs, checklists, and reports to support continuous improvement.

Requirements
Education:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Aerospace Engineering, Electronics and Communication, or a related technical field.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
- Basic understanding of satellite systems, orbital mechanics, and RF communications.
- Familiarity with Linux systems, scripting languages (Python/Bash), and telemetry tools.
- Ability to analyze telemetry data and perform system health assessments.
- Prior internship or experience in satellite operations, mission control, or aerospace research projects is an advantage.
- Excellent problem -solving, communication, and documentation skills.
- Willingness to work in shift -based operations, including weekends or holidays if mission -critical.
