- Support the Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) team in the development of MEL plans, logical frameworks (log frames), and related documentation.
- Conduct field monitoring visits to assess project implementation and assist in collecting qualitative insights during project data collection activities.
- Support the development of research protocols and facilitate approvals from relevant Research Ethics Committees/Institutional Review Boards, ensuring compliance with ethical standards and protection of human subjects.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and standardized templates for internal use and for dissemination at state and national levels.
- Ensure accurate documentation, data quality, and timely consolidation of monitoring and evaluation findings.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of information and adhere to all data privacy and protection norms.
- Perform any additional tasks and responsibilities as assigned by the supervisor in line with project requirements.
Requirements
- Post -graduate degree in Public Health, Epidemiology, Development Studies, Statistics, Economics, Public Policy, or related fields.
- Minimum 6 months of fellowship post -graduation is mandatory.
- Strong grounding in M&E; frameworks, research design, data collection methods, and statistical analysis; familiarity with R, Stata,
or SPSS.
- Ability to multitask, and should be a quick learner.
- Excellent communication skills and comfort working in a multicultural, interdisciplinary team.
- Ability to work effectively with geographically dispersed teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
