We are seeking Medical Representative - Field sales to join our team.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share. Achieve Primary Sales and Secondary sales targets.
- Knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products.
- Build and maintain solid relationships with Retailer, pharmacist & wholesale distributor.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, company policies, and industry standards.
- Gather and analyze market data to inform sales strategies and stay competitive.
Requirements
- Education required is B Pharma, D Pharma Life Sciences, or a related field preferred. Minimum Graduate in any science subject.
- Min 1yr of exp in pharmaceutical sales or a related field.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Strong knowledge of generic pharmaceutical products. Strong relationship with Chemist.
- Proficiency in English and local languages.
